Penn Virginia GP Holdings, L.P. (“PVG”) completed its merger into Penn Virginia Resource Partners, L.P. (NYSE: PVR) on March 10, 2011.  Trading of PVG units was discontinued on the New York and other stock exchanges at market close on March 10, 2011.
